Dear Partners,

Atlantica Coffee and Cafebras inform you that, as of yesterday (November 26, 2024), we have filed a request with the Minas Gerais Court to open negotiations with our creditors.

This measure aims to responsibly and appropriately restructure our debts, considering the challenges faced in recent years, including crop failures and, more recently, the significant impacts of historic highs in coffee and dollar prices.

Over the past five years, our trading companies have handled approximately 12 million bags of coffee, with nearly 2,750,000 bags purchased under future delivery contracts with our suppliers. Within these futures contracts, we have faced a high volume of rollovers and defaults during this period, with approximately 900,000 bags still outstanding.

We emphasize that we continue to operate normally, maintaining timely payments to all our employees and coffee suppliers. We clarify that this initiative is not a bankruptcy filing or a request for judicial recovery, but a strategic action to strengthen our stability, protect the company and its creditors, and allow us to navigate this moment responsibly and sustainably.

We reaffirm our confidence in overcoming these difficulties, thanks to the dedication and competence of all our employees, who have been fundamental pillars throughout our journey.

Sincerely, Management November 27, 2024 ASCOM - Montesanto Tavares Group.
